Support and community
If you encounter issues integrating the Pushwoosh SDK, have questions, or suggestions, you can reach our support team in three ways:
- Use the web widget on the Pushwoosh control panel.
- Submit a request via the web form.
- Open a ticket in the GitHub repository.
After submitting a ticket, the following process will occur:
- A dedicated specialist will be assigned to your ticket and guide it from start to finish.
- You will receive an initial response within 24Â hours. Additional questions may be asked to better understand your issue.
- If your ticket concerns a bug or problem, most issues are resolved within 1–2 weeks.
P.S
- Tickets with a reproducer attached are given high priority and are addressed first.
- Crash-related issues are prioritized and will be addressed as soon as possible. However, to proceed, we require a complete crash report.

- Log in to the Pushwoosh control panel.
- Click the Help button in the lower right corner.
- Fill out the form and submit your request.

Section titled “Web form”To create a ticket via the web widget:
- Go to the Pushwoosh Support page.
- Fill out the form and submit your request.
GitHub issues
Section titled “GitHub issues”To create a ticket via GitHub:
- Select the repository related to your question or suggestion.
- Choose the type of issue: question, bug, or feature request.
- Fill out the template and submit the ticket.

Steps to request integration
Section titled “Steps to request integration”- Go to the Pushwoosh Support page.
- In the Subject field, specify: “Request for integration”.
- In the Description field, explain what you want to integrate and attach source code.
- Submit your request.
Pricing and timeline
Section titled “Pricing and timeline”The cost of integration starts at $300 per project and may vary depending on specific requirements. This is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal offer. The final price and timeline will be discussed individually, but in general, integration takes 1-2 weeks. We reserve the right to decline integration requests at our discretion
